Items are measured as the most you held on any day of the month; sales are counted the first time each completes. Prices in US dollars, before any tax that applies to you.

How we charge

Priced for what it costs us — nothing else

Software in this category is usually priced per seat, in tiers, with a jump the moment you cross a line. We think that punishes the businesses doing best. So we did it differently.

No per-seat charges

A subscription belongs to the workspace, not to each person in it. A team of six pays what a team of one pays — so there is never a reason to share a login.

No cliffs

Nothing doubles the day you cross a line. Go one item or one sale over what is included and you pay for that one item or that one sale — the bill grows gradually, at the pace your business does.

Generous by default

A thousand items and three hundred completed sales a month — ten a day — are included in the base fee. Most workspaces never pay a cent beyond it.

Only two things are ever measured

How many items you keep and how many sales you complete. Moving stock, adjusting counts, production runs, returns, corrections and team size are all free, always.

Counted once, honestly

A sale counts the first time it completes and never again — un-completing, correcting or returning it later changes nothing. Items are measured by the most you held on any day of the month, and archived items do not count.

Your price is locked

The pricing you subscribe under is yours for 12 months, whatever the list price becomes. After that, any change comes with thirty days' notice.

The things people ask

What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing dramatic. You are told well before it ends. If you subscribe, the first charge falls on the day the trial was always going to end — subscribing early never throws trial time away. If you do not, the workspace becomes read-only after a short grace period: everything stays openable and exportable, nothing is deleted, and subscribing lifts it immediately.
Is there a plan for a larger business?
There is one plan. Everything is included for everybody; the only thing that changes with size is the usage beyond the allowances, at the flat per-unit prices above. There is no tier to outgrow and no feature behind a higher one.
What counts as an item?
A record in your catalog — a product you buy, make or sell. Each piece of stock is not an item; a jacket you hold twelve of is one item. Items count whether or not they have stock, because their pictures are stored either way. Archiving an item takes it off the meter.
Will the price change?
For new subscriptions it may, as the product grows. For an existing subscription it is fixed for 12 months from the day you subscribed, and after that any change comes with at least thirty days' written notice and takes effect at your next billing period. The full rules are in the terms.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your card details are entered on their pages and never touch Intakes. You can change the card, see invoices and cancel from your workspace settings at any time.
